  • Do you do biweekly lawn maintenance?
    Unfortunately we do not offer bi-weekly lawn maintenance. The reason being that it is difficult to keep track of and often times the grass is to long and causes more work for my team. It is also hard on the equipment.
  • What type of services do you offer?
    At RML we do all types of landscaping projects! From weekly lawn maintenance to hardscaping design and installation, we also do all types of fences , decks and even sod removal and installation. In the off season we do basement remodelling and finishing. If you have a specific project in mind don't hesitate to ask.
  • What type of warranty do you offer for hardscaping projects?
    All our landscaping, deck and fencing projects come with a 5 year warranty on all workmanship and defects. For interlock stone after the 5 years the manufacture has a 20-30 year warranty on the stone itself through us.
  • Is you company insured?
    Yes rest assure that our company is fully insured for up to two million dollars. We are also BBB accredited and WSIB insured.
  • Will I receive a refund if a cut is skipped due to the weather? (ie: temperature above 36 deg, long periods of rain.)
    At RML we believe that you hire us to know whats best for your lawn, If there is a delay due to rain we will cut the following day. As for temperatures above 36 degrees we do venture out and monitor the lawn health. We may only cut what is needed or in some cases not at all. Unfortunately we do not offer any refund as we cannot predict or control the weather.
